Yes - hydrogen water is safe. The bottle simply dissolves extra molecular hydrogen (H₂) gas into ordinary water; it doesn’t add chemicals or remove minerals, and the water tastes the same. Very little upkeep. If you use tap water, run a cycle once every 3 months with a 1:1 mix of white vinegar and water. If you use filtered or distilled water, every six months is enough. That’s all it takes to keep hydrogen output strong.
