Warranty Coverage

Your Evolved H2O Hydrogen Water Bottle is protected by a 1-year limited warranty starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects
• Faulty materials or craftsmanship

What’s Not Covered:

• Damage due to misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@evolvedh2o.com with the following:

• Proof of purchase
• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

 

Return Shipping: If the claim is approved, you will need to ship the defective product back to us at your expense. We will provide the return address and instructions.

Replacement: Upon receiving and verifying the defective item, we will ship a free replacement to you at no additional cost.

Returns Process

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or need to return a defective item under warranty, please contact us at info@evolvedh2o.com to start the process. For warranty returns, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Once we receive and confirm the defect, a replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
