Evolved H2O ships worldwide and stands behind the quality of our hydrogen water bottles and water filtration products. This policy outlines your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as well as our 1-year limited warranty and 30-day money-back guarantee for customers globally.

All Evolved H2O hydrogen water bottles and water filtration systems are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use.

 • Battery failure due to a manufacturing defect under normal use

 • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

 • Normal wear and tear

 • Damage caused by improper cleaning, handling, or storage

 • Water damage beyond the product’s design specifications

 • Unauthorised modifications or repairs

 • Reduced battery performance due to normal battery ageing over time


Water Filtration Products – Warranty Coverage

 • Water filtration housings and system components (excluding consumable cartridges) are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Consumable Filter Cartridges

 • Designed to be replaced regularly

 • Not covered by warranty once opened or used, except where required under applicable consumer law


🌍 Warranty Claim Process (Worldwide)

To submit a warranty claim, please contact info@evolvedh2o.com with:

 • Proof of purchase

 • A clear description of the issue

 • Photos or videos clearly showing the fault

If your claim is approved:

 • You may be required to return the product for inspection

 • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law

 • A repair or replacement will be provided at no additional cost

Refunds are provided only where required by law.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered, for customers worldwide.

 • May be installed or test-fitted

 • Must not be damaged, altered, or permanently modified

 • All original parts, fittings, and packaging must be included

 • Filter cartridges must not be damaged, cut, or altered

We strongly recommend contacting us before purchase or installation to confirm product compatibility.


📦 Return Condition Requirements

Returned products must:

 • Be returned in the same condition they were sent, allowing for reasonable testing or trial use

 • Be free from cracks, leaks, corrosion, or impact damage

 • Include all original components and packaging

Returns may be refused or partially refunded if items are returned damaged, incomplete, or not in acceptable condition.


🚚 Return Shipping (All Countries)

 • Customers are responsible for organising and paying return shipping

 • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable

 • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service

 • The customer remains responsible for the item until it is received by Evolved H2O

 • For international returns, customers are responsible for completing any required customs documentation

Once your return is received and inspected:
