Will the shower filter fit my shower?
It fits standard ½ inch shower arms with fixed or handheld heads. If your shower arm sits close to the wall, a swivel adapter helps the filter sit at the right angle.

The adjustable strap loops over your spout in about two minutes, with no tools and nothing to plumb in. It works with standard bath spouts that the water pours down through, including wider styles.

Do I need tools or a plumber?
No. The Tap Filter fits by hand: unscrew the tap's aerator, screw on the matching adapter, then hand-tighten the filter. The Shower Filter screws on by hand between your shower arm and shower head. The Bath Filter simply straps over the bath spout. The box includes the adapters and step-by-step guides.

What do they filter?
The Tap Filter's coconut shell activated carbon reduces chlorine, taste and odour (evaluated by NSF International to NSF/ANSI 42), and its ceramic stage captures sediment. The Shower Filter uses calcium sulfite and KDF media to reduce chlorine and chloramine. The Bath Filter uses 15 stages of media, led by KDF-55, calcium sulfite and vitamin C, to reduce chlorine and chloramine as the tub fills.
Will the tap filter reduce my water pressure?
The filter keeps a strong flow, and the built-in switch gives you normal tap water whenever you need full pressure, like filling a pot or washing up.

How often do I change the cartridges?
Around every 3 months for all three, depending on your water and usage. On Subscribe and save, a fresh cartridge for each filter arrives every 3 months. Skip, pause or cancel anytime.
