I really love the jug am happy to have it sitting on the bench as it looks so good the water taste great the only problem is the bamboo part of the lid has come unstuck from the bottom metal part of the lid whatever they adhesive is that was used has not held it together.

This on the tap filter is fantastic the water tastes great and no smell of chlorine and since using filtered water in my kettle there is no discolouration on the bottom of the kettle I was having to clean my kettle weekly now I don’t have to clean it anymore since installing the filter
Love it! I like the sound of water falling which reminds me of Onsen back in Japan. Because of the shape of our bath tub and position of the water tap, it’s a bit edgy and worry about falling off. Any idea to make it stable?

Good filter
We can really taste the difference with the filter now. No more chlorine smell and taste. I didn’t have the correct ring attachment when it arrived but customer service was great and sent one out within a couple of days. Works perfectly now and fits securely to my tap. Very easy to switch between filtered drinking water and regular tap water when you want to wash the dishes.
After my Billie hot/cold water filtered water system stopped working I needed an affordable replacement for cold filtered water. The glass jug is great, providing good quality water without the risk of micro plastic contamination. I recommend this product.

Has improved our water quality but not what we were expecting the chlorine smell has backed off but there is still a lot of grit and dirt getting through and it has reduced our pressure significantly.
Great little unit but does not filter the dirt from out water like I thought it would still a lot of contaminants in our water but in fairness the product has removed the Chlorine smell.
Its great for my kitchen, we use it for drinking water and cooking. Ive also taken it on a few picnics. Easy to use too.

I absolutely love this on tap filter it is so easy to install that I installed it myself without needing to use any of the attachments . The swivel tap attachment is brilliant to use when rinsing off plates. Before using a tap filter, the inside of the kettle used to get discoloured on the base and now since using filtered water in my kettle I never have to clean my kettle Thankyou for such a neat and small stainless steel on the tap filter We absolutely love it
It arrived very quickly and was super easy to set up. It comes pre charged ready to use. But most importantly it works as advertised. I did have a brita water filter jug but I could always still taste all the yucky stuff like drinking from the tap still. This water filter really works and water tastes like it should. The filters lasting 8 months is really great and having the option to subscribe takes the hassle away from remembering to order them. It has auto cut off incase you forget to stop it for when you fill your kettle. Sometimes I walk off and now I don’t worry it will over fill. I’m so glad I chose this water filter. I’m always a sceptic but this one works. The batter life is amazing, I’ve had it almost a month and still only lost one of the four dots. I fill my water bottles and kettle mostly multiple times a day. It doesn’t leak looks great and because it’s rechargeable you can take it anywhere. I also love that it tells you when to change the filters, the lights change colour. Great water filter I highly recommend and it doesn’t cost a fortune like some of the others I was looking into. Affordability means a lot to me in my life.
