Why We Chose Glass
Your filtered water is stored in glass, not plastic.
During filtration, water briefly passes through the BPA and BPS-free reservoir and filter, which have passed European food-contact safety testing. This short contact is simply part of the filtration process.
Once filtered, the water flows straight into glass, where it stays until you drink it. So your clean water isn't sitting in a plastic jug for hours or days.

How often do I change the filter?
Every 4 months (or 454 litres). Change it sooner if the water runs slowly. On Subscribe and save, a new one arrives every 4 months.
What does the filter reduce?
In independent lab tests: microplastics 99.6%, lead 99.5%, PFAS (PFOA/PFOS) 98.1%, chlorine 97.4% and mercury 95.5%.
The filter was tested to NSF/ANSI methods. It is not NSF certified.
